DOOR FAST SELF-REPAIRABLE SDAUT

Quick self-repairable exterior door and interior, with intense traffic of trucks and important pressures or depressions of air.
SDAUT is distinguished from other models by special automatic placement system of the curtain after an accidental collision.
Designed for use in places with flow of intense goods.
After a collision and output of the curtain of their guides, effective system repositions with a simple maneuver the curtain back on its Rails, without interrupting the operating cycle and avoiding the intervention of the service.
Frame and curtain of canvas to choose among several possibilities, including door viewers.
It acts with different opening systems.
Low maintenance.

  • Self-supporting metal frame:
    • galvanized steel.
    • stainless steel.
    • painted in polyurethane (colour RAL).
  • Runners watertight self-lubricating and armed with the self-repairable system.
  • Optional: guides heating.
  • Backdrop: canvas polyester without reinforcements, high resistance to tear-out approximately 3000 N/cm in the warp. Self-extinguishing M2 fire resistance.
  • Canvas slip guided by self-lubricating profiles guarantees its tightness and resistance to wind up to class 3, and withstanding pressures up to 110 kg/m2
  • Three-phase motor with electric brake of soft stop c/c++ and manual release.
  • Optional: frequency inverter.
  • Mechanical limit switches integrated in the engine to control the position of the door.
  • The absence of rebar and the control panel with the drive controller (optional) allow a speed of up to 2.5 m/s.
  • Security systems.
  • Control unit in metal cabinet or polyester (300 x 400 x 150 mm), according to standards CE.

This model incorporates the internal guidance of extruded aluminium with recordable tapas in profiled galvanized sheet steel of 1.5 mm. standard finish thickness: galvanized. Possibility of delivering in primed finish wash primmer or painted with polyurethane paint (RAL to choose color or stainless steel)
Vertical guides highlights profile of seal polyethylene to prevent the entry of dust or air currents.
Recordable top drawer where the mechanisms are housed to the coil of PVC sheet, shaft-drive in extruded aluminium with bearings fitted with grease nipples for subsequent maintenance.

CURTAIN


All of our doors are made with high quality plastic canvas with resistance to wear, abrasion, discoloration and comply with certificate flame retardant type M2. Colors in samples (red, yellow, green, dark blue, blue light, white, black, grey, cream, orange).
All welds made on the canvas are made by high frequency welding.

SECURITY


Through photocells transceiver in the vertical door guides, with security system type test before performing maneuvers of closing.
Bottom of the curtain with conveyor systems antisquash safety, with detector type optical supervised at all times, inside bottom of danger, signposted as mobile danger zone finished yellow diagonal stripes in black. Signal system of the same type Radioband radio monitored before the closing manoeuvre, thus avoiding the placement of curly dock type cables.
Optionally door can provide a system of opening by battery type ups (uninterrupted power supply) in case of alarm or power supply failure.

ELECTRICAL MANEUVER


Metal box for the maneuvers of control, designed for Speed Door España complying with regulations of electric protection of low voltage. In the joins a circuit board with control logic, designed to perform thousands of operations a day, equipped with LEDs for control functions or possible anomalies of the door.
Contactors, motor guard, adjustable, pre-installation of detector receiver, magnetic or flashing lights. Buttons for opening, closing, emergency stop and led indicator of voltage on front cover. Connection to their diet with 1.5 metres of cable 5 x 2.5, with plug 16 A Cetac type.
